It was mentioned at the meeting that the Calendar was not up to date. The calendar is actually up to date till the end of 2013.
What sometimes happens is that if you visit a website, your computer will cache some of the information on your local drive, so that when you go back to that site it will load quickly. Rather than accessing the calendar from our website it is now using the cached info from the local computer. The only page that we have had this problem with seems to be the Calendar page.
Here is what you do to fix it.
If you go to the Calendar page you can scroll through the year using the sideways arrows on the calendar. If 2013 does not show up or if the Garden Tour for June is listed on June 23, 2013, your calendar is not up to date.
To update your calendar, look at the field at the top of your screen. In the area where it shows look to the right of this description and somewhere on that line there should be an icon with a circular arrow. Click on that arrow, and your calendar should update.
If you have other problems or concerns, please let me know and I will try and find a solution.
