100s of peonies grown locally, Come check it out.

Event: Friends of the Forestry Farm House - Walking Tour and Open House
Place: Superintendent's Residence, the big brick house at the Forestry Farm Park
Have you ever wondered about the history of the Forestry Farm Park? Join us for a tour of this wonderful Historical Site of Canada.
House is open for viewing from 1.30 to 3.30 pm
Walking Tour starts at 2 pm.

Date: June 25, Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm
Event: Artists in Bloom - Honeywood Heritage Nursery
Place: Honeywood Provincial Heritage Site - 8 km South of Parkside on Honeywood Road
Shop for that unique item by visiting the tables of the many artists present. Local artists will also provide entertainment. Food, refreshments available at the Porter home. Stroll through the grounds or take a wagon ride. Potted lilies, perennials and some fruit trees available for sale.
Pick up your 50/50 lotto ticket to support the nursery.

Come join Lori Weidenhammer, author of "Victory Gardens for Bees" as she shares her advise on which plants to plant in your garden to attract bumblebees and other beneficial insects.
